Restaurants work really hard to determine what to put on their menus to draw in patrons. They frequently elect to a style of food anticipating what would sell and often guessing and checking with specials. What if you could provide a shared chef restaurant with exactly what you are looking for eliminating the need for them to guess. You could go on to a site and choose your options that will be delivered fresh the day you request it to be prepared.

Competition

There isn't a service like this so there is a first mover advatange.  Some potential competitors are Uber Eats (https://www.ubereats.com/)  which deliver food from restaurants.  Blue Apron (https://www.blueapron.com/) is a service that delivers food to your house but you are left to prepare, cook and clean.

I am assuming that your venture is pretty much a blend of these two. There is the advantage of having the food made fresh to order and already cooked so there is no hassle of cleaning up the kitchen afterwards and no stress of cooking, especially if you don't like cooking or aren't too good around the kitchen. I think that you should stress the "Private Chef" aspect of this as I do believe that it the unique quality that you bring to the table. Not everyone can afford a Private Chef as much as they would love to. By having persons know that they can have their meals prepared and cooked by a Private Chef but at a fraction of the cost is a game changer and something that persons would appreciate. You can even have these Private Chefs include their business cards etc so that they can build their clientele - a win win for everyone both restaurant and Chef.
